I have buyer who is extremely aggressive and looking for as many Spot Buy MTN's/BG's as they can get their hands on. Must be direct to Seller's Mandate who is a signatory. No Broker Chains.

Buyer will buy in the 60's, 70's and low 80's

Must be Euroclear (Screen, Block, Pay)

The buyer's procedure is simple as follows:

1) Seller provides CUSIP/ISIN#, screen shot with at least first 3 pages, and Bond power of the Instrument for our Banker verification of authenticity (screen shot from Euroclear or Bloomberg) - NEED THIS UPFRONT BEFORE ANY CONTRACTS OR LOI's ISSUED!!!
2) We issue FPA, and broker steps out of the deal
3) We send our POF, Tear Sheet, BCL and bank confirmation letter direct to Seller's or Seller's mandate
4)Seller signs LOI, it becomes a contract
5) Seller communicates with Buyer Bank and confirm bank to bank funds
6) Seller issues corporate invoice
7) Buyer Banker pays Seller/Provider
