Request for bearing manufacturers for railwy gearboxes

Dear Sir,

We a searching for manufacturers/suppliers that can supply to us bearings for gearboxes for railway applications.
We need to use bearings especially for railway gearboxes, means special cages.
On today we Have 3 main suppliers named FAG, SKF and Timken.
We make per year approximately 6000 gearboxes.
This means we supply approximately 30000 bearings per year.

Mainly tapered roller bearings, 4-point ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings.

If you are able to make & supply such a bearings for railway then our requirement is also that for each project we ask to make a bearing calculation and drawings. (Lifetime, tolerances)

If you think you can deliver bearings that fit the above mentioned requirements then please send me an Email back.
