Shandong Qingdao Pingdu Economic Development Zone(SPEDZ) was approved by Shandong Provincial Goverment in Deceber 1992, locating in the east of Pingdu city, covering an area of 10.18 square xxxxx is now the member of China Association of Economic Development Zones and vice chairman of Shandong Association, and also one of the key development zones in Shandong Province.After more than 10 years' hard woek, the investment environment is being optimized, while the development of economy and society was promoted rapidly.At present, SPEDZ has passed ISO 14001 Environment Management System Certification, and has been awarded "Qingdao Green Industry Zone."
Pingdu city, where SPEDZ positioned, has the population of 1.36 million and covers an area of 3176 square xxxxx has transport facilities and plenty of xxxxx is the largest economic center of Shandong xxxxx construction of four industry bases on"eletronic & household apparatus", "autos & ships manufacturing", "oil & chemicals" and "new material" in Qingdao brings new developing opporunities to SPEDZ which is in the "one-hour economic circle" of Qingdao.
In SPEDZ, water supplying for industry and drinking, 10kv and 35kv electricity supplying, waste-water discharging, heating and steam supplying, nature gas supplying telecommunication, Internet, cable TV and road are all brought to the edge of factories, which make a good condition for all kinds of investment projects.A waste water treatment pleant was built up specially for the dyeing companies in SPEDZ, and the dyeing wastewater could be discharged directly without any pre-treatment, which could reduce the investment volume and production cost of the companies.
Entrusted by Pingdu City Goverment, the Administrative Commission of SPEDZ is responsible for the administration of the companies in SPEDZ, and providng inurse-lkei service before, during and after the production of companies.
