No Brokers, serious sellers who can get things moving only should contact me.

Buyers mandate who has signatory powers and mandate papers does not want to deal with a whole lot of Brokers. We lost a very good contract last week because of GREEDY BROKERS. We need a real seller that can deliver us a corporate invoice by the end of the day so we can take a package down tomorrow. We do not want a package that will require the buyer to submit his funds first before he takes down a deal. He will not entertain that . The buyer also only wants 2 people on the FPA, his mandate and the seller mandate. The buyer mandate will take 60% of the fees while EVERYONE else involved with split 40%. This is why its extremly important to get my buyer as close to the seller as possible.



If your fine with that scenario than lets proceed. Here are the buyers requirements

-MTN, BG, CD'S(SEASONED AND SLIGHTLY SEASONED)

-37 +1- 59 + 1= NO POF(NO BANK TO BANK, SWIFT, MT799, NO BCL, NO TEARSHEETS, SMP,

-60+1 TO 79 + 1=POF(BANK TO BANK, SWIFT, MT799, NO BCL, NO TEARSHEETS, SBP, EUROCLEAR)

-80 +1 TO 82 + 1=NO POF (NO SOFT PROBE, NO BCL, NO TEARSHEETS, NO DVP, SBP, EUROCLEAR)

-7.5% CASH BACKED

-LOI AND FPA NEEDED

-$500M-$50B FIRST TRANCHE

-$2B-$30T CONTRACT SIZE



To expedite things, if the seller will allow the buyer to proof via a DTC Screen and we can get the instruments swift over today, there is a good chance we can take the package down today. If I have to, I can get the mandate on the phone, just let me know if you are capable of helping us or not.
