The quantity needed is 5 systems.

The specs of the required time attendance system are:

1. Hand Geometry technology.

2. Sufficient for 500 employees.

3. TCP\IP.

4. Compatible with the existing system which is made using Visual Basic 6 under SQL server data base.

5. Able to be connected through Oracle data base under UNIX-AIX operating system

6. Spare battery for power disconnection.

7. Relate the hand print with the employee ID one time only.

8. Ability to identify hand print for an employee that has not an ID.

9. Management software prices if available.
