ShaneBaird International Co. is a well established buyer of old, closeout items & excess inventory. We offer the highest percentage rate of the retail, wholesale & factory price of the goods you wish to expire.

1. ShaneBaird International Co. is allowed to purchase your old, outdated, or excess inventory of up to the entire warehouse & pay you cash up-front.
2. ShaneBaird International Co. also specializes in consumer items ***** items that are purchased by regular consumers.
3. ShaneBaird International Co. leaves opportunity open to deal directly with wholesalers, Manufacturers, Importers and Exporters.

4. The minimum quantity prefered is 1000 pcs per item/Electronic Items is 100 pcs
5. Offers from China, U.K, Japan are only subjected to quote the DDP Los Angeles Prices
6. Food must have at least 1 year until the experation date
7. All items must be retail-ready packaged with a barcode
8. All inventory closeout items are subjected to samples being provided to our warehouse,
for inspection purposes.
9. In order for ShaneBaird International Co. to accept the items you wish to Closeout, some questions apply to your inventory *****

A. What is the Name & Address of Your Company?
B. What is the contact information?
C.What are the goods?
D.Where are the goods located?
E.What is the size, weight & Color break-down of the Goods?
F.What is the Factory Cost?
G.What is the Wholesale Cost?
H.What is the Retail Cost?
I. Reason for Liquidating (if Liquidating)?

10. A picture of the items/goods/commidity with its label and packaging is required to proceed to the next step of purchasing your closeout items.
11. Once a representitive has inspected the inquiry we'll up-date you with a Quote
12. Once a quote has been established and approved by you, a sample of the inventory should be forwarded to our warehouse at the following locations.
