Dear Sirs,

Uzbekistan has joined to United economical union (EuroAsEU) together with Russia, Byelorussia, Tadjikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. In that way, it was established the largest market in the whole world with United customs space, unified tax legislation, United economic policy. This significant event has taken place in the beginning of this year in city Saint-Petersburg (Russia).

In this connection, it's expected the large investments and economic boom in the Uzbekistan, in the near future. Russia already has purchased in the property several strategic enterprises of Uzbekistan - Tashkent aircraft manufacturing plant, Almalyk mining and smelting enterprise, Bukhara gas field etc. I think it's high time also for you to occupy a fitting place in the Central Asian market.

I am looking for partner in your region to establish long-term mutualy beneficiary cooperation in order to permanently import to Uzbekistan in big quantities: Canned meat, tinned beef, frozen meat, fresh meat, chicken meat, canned fish, sugar, butter oil, wheat flour, rise, electronics, used electronics, TV, mobile, used mobile, equipments, used equipments, manufacturing lines, used manufacturing lines, used factories's equipments, construction materials, industry products, medecine, medical equipments, garments, shoes, fabrics, big buses, cargo-truk cars, chemicals, detergents, tooth paste, soap etc.

The scheme as follows:

1. First step. Will be established the wholesale trade Joint Venture with the authorized capital not less than US$31 000. I offer you up to 74% shares of the authorized fund of Joint Venture. You can appoint here your authorized person as a manager on the permanent basis which one will control safety and refund of a cost of goods. Even I agree to that that your authorized person will the General director of the our Joint Venture. In that case you will have all instruments of control and management on your hand.

2. Second step. Will be signed the long-term contract for 3-4 years, for the large sum (US$10 000 000), between our Joint Venture and you on supply of goods on the differed payment (consignation) base. The shipments will go in parts in process of implementation. The contract will be registred here in Custom Department, Tax Department, our bank and as a currency contract under the control of the Republican prosecutor's office. That is very strong control of fulfilment of the contract and refund of a cost of goods from the government side. It some kind of the warranty of the refund of a cost of goods.

3. Third step. Storage of the goods in the guarded leased warehouse with rail-way routes. We shell unload and make custom clearance directly in our warehouse. It is my responsibility. From your side it's necessary a concrete list of the goods you can offer with prices, on conditions CIP Tashkent. According to the contract the payment during two months, but really during one month, in general depends from the goods, volumes, price.

4. Forth step. We convert the contract cost and completely send it to you.

The selling price = the contract price + 20% VAT + 8% the trade commission + customs expenses

Our profit is 8% from the contract cost - the trade commission. It covers management expenses, lease of warehouse, customs expenses, office expenses, salary to the employees, including mine profit etc.

5. Fifth step. I ensure sales, the scheme is tested, the technology of activity is completely familiar to me, there is a reliable command, director, managers, chief accountant, storekeeper etc. If visit here you can see everything by your own eyes, I'll arrange an Invitation, meeting in airport, appartments, transportation, guide, also I arrange visit to warehouses, we shall talk to those who already trades here etc.

There are large market of Central Asian republics for dealing with big range of foreign products. Almost free market. It's necessary just come and sell here your products. But we are not looking for just supplier, we are looking for Partner to make joint business. Cooperation can be only on base of the Joint Venture. So, please contact only with serious offers and if you can accept all above-mentioned condtions.

All necessary accessories will be arranged from our side: license for wholesale trade, license for convertation of local currency to hard currency, transportation items, big warehouses, shops. We definitely guarantee honest partnership and payment in time. I will full responsible for sellings, so if you accept all this you have to come here to negotiate all detailes and decide organizational questions of establishing the Joint Venture.
