Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to post our inquiry of UREA Prilled N46%. We, JC PROS CO LTD, are the mandate of the buyer that has purchased UREA of about 1.5 million MT last year. At the moment, our Buyer likes to purchase UREA Prilled N46 of 25, 000 MT Spot Deal on the basis of CIF Vietnam Port and another subsequent Spot Deal of 25, 000 MT after delivery of the first shipment. We only need the best offers from the real & genuine sellers with their evidence for verification of authenticity of this deal. In case of DLC mode of Payment, please advise us if you can accept the buyer's PROCEDURE as follows;PROCEDURE:-1- AGAINST LOI, SELLER WILL SEND FCO TO THE BUYER2- BUYER SIGNS FCO IN RETURN AND SEND IT BACK TO SELLER .3- BUYER'S BANK ISSUES BCL TO SELLER'S BANK.4- SELLER SENDS THE DRAFT CONTRACT TO THE BUYER.5- BUYER REQUESTS ALL THE NECESSARY AMENDMENTS AND/OR ALTERATIONS TO DRAFT CONTRACT AND FORWARDS THE SIGNED COPY TO SELLER FOR APPROVAL.6- UPON AGREEMENT OF BOTH PARTIES ON THE CONTRACT, SELLER ISSUES 04 (FOUR) HARD COPIES OF CONTRACT TO BE SIGNED AND EXCHANGED BY COURIER.7- BUYER SIGNS 04 (FOUR) HARD COPIES OF CONTRACT AND SENDS TO SELLER BY DHL OR SIMILAR.8- SELLER SENDS TWO SIGNED COPIES OF CONTRACT TO BUYER BY DHL OR SIMILAR9- AFTER SELLER'S APPROVAL OF THE VERBIAGE OF LETTER OF CREDIT AND BUYER'S APPROVAL OF THE VERBIAGE OF PERFORMANCE BOND, SELLER'S BANK PROVIDES THE PROOF OF PRODUCT AND THE NON-OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND TO BUYER'S BANK. 10- BUYER ISSUES BG OR NON-OPERATIVE DLC AS PER THE ATTACHED DRAFT WITHIN 5 TO 7 BANKING DAYS. 11- SELLER ISSUES PERFORMANCE BOND BY 2% INTO THE FOLLOWS FIVE (5) DAYS.12- SHIPMENTS COMMENCE AS PER AGREED SCHEDULE. If the seller can accept the above-mentioned PROCEDURE, please send us your BEST Soft Corporate Offer to the following name so that Buyer can send you the LOI with bank details. To : BUYER Thru : MR. JC CHO - CEO / JC PROS CO., LTD. * Commodity : UREA PRILLED N46%, AGRICULTURAL GRADE * ORDER : SPOT 25, 000 MT and a subsequent SPOT 25, 000 MT after delivery of the first shipment (total 25, 000 MT x 2) * QUANTITY OF SHIPMENT : 25, 000 MT per shipment * PRICE&nsp; : US$???.00 per MT on the basis of CIF VIETNAM PORT * PBG : 2% by the seller * INSPECTION: SGS The above-mentioned procedure has been applied to all our buyer's contracts, and thus, if the seller can accept these requirements, please send us the Soft Corporate Offer with the principal seller's company letter head so that Buyer may send you the LOI with bank details. For protection of our real buyer, in the beginning we like to proceed this business carefully through the seller's evidence for verification of authenticity of this deal, because there have been so many fake sellers during past years. If these spot deals are successfully fulfilled by the seller, we can establish long term business relationship with the seller. Please advise us whether you are a real seller or a sellers mandate or a broker. We do not need any offer from the brokers.
