We are Manufacturer of Motorized Precision Layer Winding Line, Winding Machinery.
FEATURES AND PERFORMANCE
- Standard operator required, manually controlled precision layer respooler
- Economical low cost respooling line
- Easy to operate and maintain
- Precision layer or random winding
- Computerized control, programmable
- Pneumatic lift for decoiler reel loading and unloading
- Pneumatic lock, release and brake system for decoiler reel
- CPU monitor screen, indicating pre-set weight, empty full reel and accumulated
- Digital indicator & control with deceleration and stop on reaching pre-set weight
- Pneumatic clamp and release system at the layer winder
- Motorized pay off and reversible
- Safety devices in accordance with accident prevention regulation
- Wire straightening unit with roller positioned at right angle
- Filter-reduction-lubricator unit for pneumatic system
- Wire diameter to be wound: 0.6 to 2.0 mm
- Liner winding speed: 0 to 25 m/sec
- Max.spool flange diameter: 300 mm
- Spool to be used: 5-15-20 kg, plastic spool or metal basket spool
- Decoiler to be used: 630 x 390 x 420 mm
- Total motor power: 35 kW
