Features:
We have two solutions to meet the demand of pipe cutting: First is to install the pipe tooling parts on ZLQ cutter to fulfill small quantity pipe cutting; second is special intersection pipe line cutter to meet the needs of large quantity cutting with pipe diameter 50mm-1000mm.
Application:
It can cut mild steel pipe (flame cutting) and high carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metal (plasma cutting) pipe, be widely applied in industries such as machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petro-chemical, war industry, metallurgy, aerospace, boiler and pressure vessel, locomotive etc.

Pipe diameter: 50mm-600mm, 50mm-1000mm
Longitudinal Rail Length: 3m (Rail can be lengthened according to user's demand)
Effective Cutting Width (X axis): 50mm-600mm, 50mm-1000mm
Effective Cutting Length (Y axis): 2.2m
Cutting Mode: Flame only; Plasma only;
Drive Mode: Single-side
Drive Method: Rack and pinion drive for X and Y axes, Z axes
Flame Cutting Thickness: 5-200mm
Plasma Cutting Thickness: 1-60mm (according to the specification of plasma power source)
Cutting Speed: 0-3500mm per minute
Moving Precision: 0.01mm per step
Power Source: 220V 50Hz 500-1000W
Cutting Gas: Acetylene, Propane
Plasma Gas: Pressed air, Oxygen, N2
Torch Height Controller: Electromotion bottom/ Auto
