Punching Hole Mesh
Also named mine screen mesh, mechanic screen mesh. It can be supplied in folded or flat ***** various metal plate or nonmetal pieces. Punched openings can be round, square, triangle, diamond, hexagonal, cross, etc. The opening size, density and forms of distribution can bring different functions in separation, sifting, filtration, drying, cooling, cleaning, etc.
Sizes: Opening diameter from 0.2mm to 20mm, thickness from 0.2mm to 10mm
Quality guarantee:Using this technology to machine the parts does not require mould and thus a prompt delivery can be Technical standard assured. The process from receipt of drawing to delivery only takes about 7 to 10 days.
Minimum wire diameter to be machined:0.02mm
Max. batch to be machined: 500mm x 600mm
Thickness of material to be machined: 0.02mm to 0.5mm
Precision of delineation at machined: 0.01mm
