Gas vented screw and barrel is one of important screw ***** have free drying, save energy, high output, extruder speed fast, producing film light more well than ordinary screw and barrel and so on excellent characters.

Size: screw diameter ø20-ø500mm
Maximum screw length : 10000mm
Barrel inner bore diameter : ø500mm
Material :
38CrMoAlA
40CrMo
42CrMo
High quality alloy steel
Technology : nitriding treatment
Alloy coating spraying
Heating treatment
Screw fully hardening
Specification : Depth of nitration layer 0.5-0.8mm
Nitriding treatment, surface hardness: HV≥900-1000
Fragility of nitration :less than grade 1
Surface roughness : Ra 0.4um
Surface of hardness of nitrated Cr coating layer ≥950HV
Thickness of Cr coating layer : 0.03-0.08mm
Used for granulation , PP, PE, PA, PC, ABS, AS etc
