مواصفات خط الانتاج كما يلي : 1. استعمال عالية الكفاءه الخاصة بي تضغط حتى نتوء كفاءه عالية مضمونة. 2. الرئيس تشكيل هيكل خاص يجعل سمك الداخلية والسور الخارجي ، وحتى الاستقرار الصب. بالاضافة سمك الداخلية والخارجية يمكن تعديلها. 3. ركبت مع قوى تمويج تشكيل نظام التبريد الذي يضمن سرعة عالية الانتاج مستمر في الانتاج. تقدم التشحيم النظام يقلل من جرح الي تشكيل وحدة اقل. وطول مدة الخدمة. ضمان دقة واستمرار عملية نوعية الانابيب. 4. وقد تقدم اشتعال وظيفة على الانترنت. تستغني تحت خط اشتعال ، ويمكن ان تقلل من الواضح الاستثمار. 5. ب اعتماد استراليا

Specifications:

The Production Line has the following characteristics:
1. Using high efficiency PE special screw, so that high efficiency extrusion is guaranteed.
2. Special structure forming head make the thickness of the interior and exterior wall even, and stable molding. In addition, the thickness of interior and exterior can be adjusted.
3. Installed with strong cooling corrugation forming system, which guarantees high production speed in continuous production. Advanced Lubrication System reduces the abrasion of shaping module to the least. It has long service life. Ensure the precision of operation and the steady quality of the tubing.
4. Having advanced online flaring function. Dispense with under line flaring, and it can reduce the investment obviously.
5. Adopting Australia B&R PCC Control System. The control precision is high; the operation is reliable and easy.
6. We can design different wave pattern shaping module according to the costumers requirements.
7. It can apply elastic seal ring socket joint, dispense with specific fittings. The construction is simple and convenient, the cost is low and the connection is reliable.
