الاهتزاز - التثبيط صحيفة الصلب هو نوع من مواد فنية مؤلفة من طبقة 3 - مجمع الهيكل المعدني / عاليه التثبيط المواد الجزيءيه / المعادن التي رسمت ، والجمع الفعال للمادة معدنيه ومواد بوليمر يجعله يتميز سواء مع الأصل ميكانيكيه الاداء والقابليه للتشكيل وتجهيز الخ ، والتثبيط مع ملك للمادة البوليمر ، والمساهمة في ان تكون مثاليه المنتجات البيءيه استبدال مادة معدنيه ، المطبقه في الدول المحيطة من الاهتزاز والضجيج. <br> المواصفات كالآتي : <br> السمك (مم) : 0.6-3.0 ، والتسامح : / -0،05 <br> العرض (مم) : 600-1250 التسامح : / -1 <br> الطول (مم) : 100-2400 التسامح : / -2 <br> منتجات يمكن استخدامها على نطاق واسع في الاجهزه المنزلية : القاعده والاسكان مكيف الهواء ، وآلات الغسل التبريد الخ ؛ السيارات : غلاف من النفط الصينية ، وخزان الوقود والعتاد وصندوق المحرك ؛ هندسة الآلات : تغطية والاسكان الديزل محرك الاحتراق داخل المحرك ، المنفاخ ، ضاغط الخ ؛ هيكل : باب الكلمه الكتلة ، الكتلة سلم من ملعب رياضي ، وقاعة الموسيقى والسينما الخ ، وعزل جدار الصوت فريق المنحى الصناعي حلقة العمل ؛ الاتصال : امتصاص الصوت فريق من الطريق السريع ، وارتفاع السريع ، والسكك الحديديه وغير ذلك.

The Vibration-damping Steel Sheet is a kind of functional material composed of 3-layer compound structure of metal/high-molecular damping material/metal that was developed, its effective combination of the metallic material and the polymer material makes it characterized both with the original mechanical performance and the processing formability etc, and with
the damping property of the polymer material, contributing it to be the ideal environmental product replacing the metallic material, applicable in the surrounding of vibration and noise.

The specification as follows:

Thickness(mm): 0.6-3.0, tolerance: +/-0.05
Width(mm): 600-1250, tolerance: +/-1
Length(mm): 100-2400, tolerance: +/-2

The products can be widely used in Domestic appliances: Base and housing of the air conditioner, washing machine and refrigeration etc;

Automobile: casing of the oil tray, fuel tank, gear box and the engine;

Engineering Machinery: cover and housing of the diesel engine, inner-combustion engine, blower, compressor etc;

Architecture: door, floor slab, staircase slab of the sports stadium, music hall, cinema etc and the sound-isolate wall panel of the industrial-oriented workshop;

Communication: sound-absorption panel of the expressway, elevated highway, railway and so on.
