VSI الرمال جعل الآلة حديثا البحث والمعدات مع المستوى المتقدم الدولى. التكنولوجيا الحديثة ومعدات تجهيز جعله قياديا في هذه الصناعة. الاستعمال : VSI الرمال جعل الآلة على نطاق واسع لالاصطناعي الرمال ، المعادن والخامات غير المعدنية والاسمنت وصهر مادة البوكسيت ، كربيد السيليكون ، والزجاج ومواد البناء والمواد. مبدأ العمل : (1) مركز التغذيه : المواد الخام يقع أسفل إلى إطعام النطاط ، ثم يدخل impellor خلال ثقب وسط المدخل. ومن accelarated في سرعة عالية impellor ، ومن ثم يلقي بها في سرعة 60 - 75m / s. عندما يبلغ تأثير اللوحه ، ومن سحقهم. المنتجات النهائية تأتي نزولا وان منفذ. VSI Sand Making Machine is a newly researched equipment, with international advanced level. Technology and modern processing equipment make it a leading role in this industry.
Usage:
VSI Sand Making Machine is widely used for artificial sand, in metal and non-metal ores, cement, refractory material, bauxite, silicon carbide, glass material, building material.
Working Principle:
(1) Center Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enter into impeller through central entrance hole. It is accelerated in high-speed impeller, then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When it hits impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.

(2) Ring Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is divided into two divisions by material-deviding plate. One enters into impellor through the center of material-deviding plate. The other falls down from outside of material-deviding plate. Material, which is thrown out by impellor at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-deviding plate. In this way, material is crushed.
