متعلق ب او مشتق من الفينول رغوه / البولي ساندويتش الفريق هو خط إنتاج محترفه آلة لتصنيع ساندويتش فريقي الذي الاساسية الماديه هو متعلق ب او مشتق من الفينول والبولي او رغوه من كل الطبقات الذي هو منقوش احباط الالومنيوم او الصلب الملونة. سمك ساندويتش الفريق 20 - 200mm ، 1200mm العرض والطول وحسب العملاء الطلبات. السندويتش فريقي يستخدم الهواء القنوات في اجهزة تكييف الهواء المركزية. الالة يمكن ان يستخدم لصنع المواد العازله الاخرى الفريق طالما السطح المادي هو تغيير. مبدأ عمل الجهاز على النحو التالي : مزيج المواد الخام مع بعض الحصص التموينيه في حاويه وثم صب الخليط على طبقة بين طبقات اخرى من ساندويتش الفريق. ثم المواد الخام قد كيمياء رد فعل من الارغاء والتقويه. في نهاية التلقائي تعقب القطع آلة تخفيضات الفريقين الى ردحا. <br> <br> مكونات وظائفها : <br> وتشمل عناصر : الالومنيوم ابطال النقش الآلة ، والمواد الخام الموزع احباط الالومنيوم / الملونة الصلب قبل تركيب التدفءه ، الماديه - التحيير اليه ، وتعقب القطع الآلة الاوتوماتيكيه ، والرول انصار الاقواس. جميع عناصر يمكن تعديلها بصورة فردية. <br> <br> المواصفات : <br> 1) ماكس. عرض من الفريق : 1.200 ملم <br> 2) ماكس. سمك الفريق : 15 -- 200mm <br> 3) ماكس. طول الفريق : حسب العملاء الاحتياجات <br> 4) انتاج السرعه : 5m/min <br> 5) إله ويبلغ الطول الاجمالي : 50.000 ملم <br> 6) مجموع الطاقة : 75kw <br> 7) مراقبة الطريقة : يسيطر عليها الحاسوب والانتاج مستمر لمدة 24 ساعة <br> <br> تطبيقات : تستخدم لانتاج البلوتونيوم وع ع) متعلق ب او مشتق من الفينول poam) مع فريقي الالومنيوم احباط او على كلا الجانبين من جهة ، وبو ع ع لوحات ملونة الصلب والزنك او الفولاذ المطلي - على كلا الجانبين ، واخرى غير معدنيه الفريقين.

Phenolic foam/polyurethane sandwich panel production line is a professional machine for manufacturing sandwich panels of which the core material is phenolic foam or polyurethane and of which both layers is embossed aluminum foil or colored steel. The thickness of sandwich panel is 20-200mm, the width 1,200mm and the length according to customers' requests. The sandwich panels are used as the air ducts in central air conditioning. The machine can used to make other insulation panel as long as the surface material is changed. The working principle of the machine is as below: mix the raw materials with a certain ration in a container and then pour the mixture on the interlayer of the sandwich panel. Then the raw materials has the chemistry reaction of foaming and solidifying. In the end the automatic tracking cutting machine cuts the panels into a certain length.

The components and its functions:
The components include: the aluminum foil embossing machine, the raw material distributor the aluminum foil/colored steel pre-heating installation, the material-baffling mechanism, the automatic tracking cutting machine, the roller supporters and brackets. All the components can be individually adjusted.

Applications: used for producing PU and PF (phenolic poam) panels with aluminum foil on both sides or one side, PU and PF panels with colored steel or zinc-coated steel on both sides and other non-metal panels.
