From theTraditional Flat Style, to theAntique and Classic Stylewithout forgetting the Round Typical Stylemortar and pestle, which all are handcrafted by Artisans in Tunisia. These beautiful pieces of art are made from a solid piece of durable and dense older trees that no longer produce fruits. The result is rich and beautiful unique grains in each item that has been aged and treated with olive oil. Our products are never made using bleach, dyes or chemicals. To keep olive wood from drying out and splitting, simply wipe occasionally with olive oil for maintenance. The olive wood will slightly darken and age throughout time due to the olive oil. This selection of hand-carved olive wood item can be used in your kitchen, on your dinner table, even as a decorative center pieces, or a great exquisite gift..
