Products: RUSSIAN GAS OIL L0.2/GOST 305-82
Price: USD 570.00 Gross / USD 560.00 Net
Quantity: 100, 000 â 20, 000, 000 MT with possible Rolls and Extension.
Inco terms: CIF ASWP
Delivery: ASWP
Payment: As agreed by Seller and Buyer.
Inspection: SGS, CIQ or similar by)



Procedure:
(Buyer signs acceptance of procedure, sends product needs and target price, Seller sends back soft offer)
1. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO, BCL with right to soft probe.
2. SELLER issues FCO.
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO with a letter of acceptance.
4. SELLER issues draft contract open for amendments.
5. Buyer returns signed draft contract
⢠Buyer pays for the Allocated Pipeline Fee Charges
⢠SELLER pays for the Contract Registration to the Russia Ministry Of energy.
⢠SELLER issues partial Proof Of Product (POP)
⢠Buyer issues Proof Of Fund (POF)from prime bank subject to THE SELLER'S approval
6. SELLER issues original contract for final signatory, both party exchange hard copy of
contract via courier within 5 (five) days after receiving the AFFIDAVIT and LETTER OF
AFFIRMATION from the Government Transportation Monopoly Corporation.
7. Buyer's bank issues confirmed, Non - transferable documentary letter of credit.
SELLER issues 2% PB to activate buyer's payment instrument as agreed on contract.
8. Delivery commence as scheduled.
