مسحوق الطلاء هو الأكثر شيوعا في عملية مستقر الكهرباءيه والأصباغ مع طائفة واسعة من ميزات الحمايه والزخرفيه. انها اكثر بكثير من نهاية دائمة للبويات وسائله التقليديه هي غير ضاره بالبيءه لأنه لا يوجد من المذيبات.
<br> المسحوق هي التي تحتفظ بها السائل سرير في تغذية النطاط. Fluidized مسحوق يمكن ضخها بشكل هوائي لبندقيه الرش الذي يهدف الى وضع مستقر الكهرباءيه ونقلها الى المسؤول عن المسحوق. فان قطعة تصنيع ، وبعد ان تم pretreated ، هو اساس كهربائيا. عندما رش ، اتهم مسحوق بقوة جذب الجسيمات إلى سطح أرض قطعة تصنيع ، ويرجع ذلك الى مبدأ &quot;جذب نظراء&quot;. فان قطعة تصنيع ونقل بعد ذلك الى معالجة الفرن مسحوق يذوب فيها وعبر وصلات إلى الصعب ، على نحو سلس طلاء.

<br> بالاضافة الى مسحوق نظام استرداد ، الصديقه للبيئة لا يضمن تصميم والمساحيق ليتبخر في الهواء. جميع التصاميم تقدم لكل عميل حسب حجم قطعة تصنيع والطاقة الانتاجية.

Powder coating is the most common process of electrostatic paints with a wide variety of decorative and protective features. It has much more durable finish than traditional liquid paints and is environmentally friendly because there are no solvents.
The powder is held by a fluid bed in a feed hopper. Fluidized powder can be pumped pneumatically to a spray gun which is designed to impart an electrostatic charge to the powder. The workpiece, having been pretreated, is electrically grounded. When sprayed, the charged powder particles are firmly attracted to the grounded workpiece's surface, due to the principal of "opposites attract". The workpiece is then conveyed into a curing oven where the powder melts and cross-links into a hard, smooth coating.
General Powder Coating Process:
Pretreatment - Dry Off - Powder Spraying - Cured Up - Cooling Down

Combined with powder recovery system, environmentally friendly design ensures no powders to evaporate into the air. All designs are made as per customer workpiece size and production capacity.
