To storage the Slurry which goes to vat and dilute the slurry and control the lever of each vats.

Slurry is the mixer of water ,pulp, fiber ,cement or silicate sand .
The slurry in Premixer comes from two sources. 1. The slurry in 1#agitator chest will be pumped into premix. 2 muddy water which comes from the bottom of muddy water tank. It requires the percentage of slurry in premixer to be *2% which is controlled by adjusting the flow of pump and flow of muddy water. It requires the constant liquid lever in Premixer. The detection of lever by liquid lever indicator and the control of valve would insure the constancy of liquid lever.
There is pneumatic valve at the out-let of Premixer to control the open and close of outlet. The valve of outlet is controlled by liquid lever indicator to insure the constancy of liquid lever in vats.
The slurry in Premixer will be fed into hatscheks vats through tube.
