Application:

COP oil filtration machine is special for filtering waste cooking oil, dirty vegetable oil, trench oil, swill oil and animal oil etc. It effectively and completely removes particles, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc. from waste oil. The processed oil is clean, limpid with good smell. COP is a good purification machine for fry food factory, oil restaurant, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory and waste oil collecting store. According to the processed oil usages, we can choose different machine body. For edible usage, we suggest choosing stainless steel body; for industrial, we suggest choosing steel carbon body. According to different working places, we recommend skid type and mobile type (trailer with pneumatic tyre)

Features:

1.This plant is composed of two parts. One is the press filter, and the other one is the vacuum oil purifier system. The press filter can remove big and tiny impurity; The precision of purification can reach 1 Micro. The Vacuum system is equipped with three grades filter (primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filer). All process works under the vacuum condition.
2.For primary filter, which is made of the stainless steel, is anti-rust and anti-corrupt. It mainly removes residual impurities which escape from the press filter, making sure the oil not have any impurity when it goes into water separator and vacuum separator.
3. Water separator, which is equipped with special filter, mainly removes mass water from the oil, because usually waste cooking oil always contains much water, so we need to remove the mass from the oil. After the water separator, the oil just contains the tiny water and soluble water.
4.After the process of the water separator, the oil will goes into the vacuum separator, which adopts three-dimensional duplex evaporation and film evaporation. For protecting the oil nature, it is better that the oil temperature is lower than 80 C, because our machine works under the vacuum and low pressure condition, so it does not need to heat the oil to 100 ℃. Usually it just needs to heat the oil to 45 ℃, and  then it can completely and effectively remove the tiny water, soluble water, acid, alcohol and other volatility liquid and so on.
5.The fine filter, which is equipped with the stainless steel filter, its purification hole is less then 1 Micro, which can make sure the oil is completely clear and without any impurity.
 

The new line of oil treatment plants typeCOP, with variable flow capacity, is designed for most economical conditioning and drying of cooking oils. It is a good filtration machine prior to bio-diesel oil production. The plants are designed for the following applications:  

1. It removes impurity, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc from oil completely and effectively by degassing, dehydration and filtering.

2. This plant composed by two parts, one is the press filter, and other one is the vacuum oil purifier system. The press

filter can remove the big and tiny impurity; The precision of purification can reach to 1 Micro. The Vacuum system equips three grades filter (primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filer). All process works under the vacuum condition.

2. Adopt back flushing system, which can clear impurities automatically.
3. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good function in anti-corrosive. Especially, the precision of eliminates impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
4. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
5. Hi-automatization operation, convenience, reliable, and safety

Firstly, the cooking oil is conveyed into primary filter to remove big particles by oil inlet pump.

Secondary, the oil flow into press filter to reduce smaller particles.

Third, the oil flow into secondary filter to remove particles again.

Then oil conveyed into the degassing tank. Oil is indirectly heated by heater, thus avoiding hot spots and over-swinging of the pre-selected operating temperature. The special degassing system and geometry with several stages in degassing tank creates a large oil surface and a resulting thin film for most effective maximum degassing. The treatment with a lower end vacuum (-0.06 to -0.095 MPa) guarantees, among others, that no light fractions are evaporated in the edible oil, whereby the required characteristics of the oil are not changed.

The oil level regulation in the degassing tank assures a continuous oil flow-through in the plant, thus resulting in an optimized degassing of the oil.

After degassing and dehydration under vacuum, the oil is conveyed by means of a specially sealed and frequency controlled pump through the fine filter and out of the plant finally.
