AhlCleaner TC**3
Efficient removal of small debris.

The ANDRITZ AhlCleaner TC**3 is highly efficient in removing small impurities from stock. It combines two independently operating cleaners with common feed and accept chambers. The TC**3 consumes little power, due to the low-pressure drop design. Pressurized rejection of impurities prevents air from entering the accept and reject flows. Fiber losses in the cleaning operation can be reduced by using specially designed cones in latter stages of cleaning. Durable plastic or ceramic cones endure high temperatures, chemicals and wear from impurities. The headers are made of stainless steel. Directions of feed and accept connections can be selected. The TC**3 cleaners require minimal space due to modular design and compact construction.
Two separate cleaner stages can be installed in the same header. The operation of an individual cleaner can be monitored through the sight glass. A wear indicator warns of excessive wear in a cleaner cone. A patented device unplugs the cleaner during operation. No special tools are required to install the cleaners and wear parts can be replaced quick and easy.
