As the largest fluoride-chemical production in China, Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd is located in the city of Quzhou adjacent to Jiangxi, Fujian and Anhui province. Solely initiated by Juhua Group Corporation, it is a publicly-quoted corporation that was founded on June16th, 1998 under the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Government. On June1st, 1998, the shares of Juhua Co., Ltd (stock code: 600160) were issued online on Shanghai Stock Exchange, and it began to be traded on June 26th. At present, the total capital shares of the corporation have amounted to 556.8 millions with the total assets of RMB 2.9 bn. The Juhua Co., Ltd covering an area of 1.265million square meters and has 7 subsidiary companies including: Zhejiang Quhua Fluor-chemical Co., Ltd, Electro-chemical Plant, Ammonia Plant, Sulfuric Acid Plant, Lanxi Agrochemical Factory, Fluoropolymer Plant, JuBang High-tech Co., Ltd. The corporation specialized in producing and selling of fluoride-chemical and basic chemical raw materials and their downstream products, fertilizers, pesticides and bio-chemical xxxxx are 5 categories and 80-odd kinds of the products sold home and broad covering over 30 provinces, cities, autonomous counties, and more than 30 overseas countries and regions.
