Ningxia Huichuan Garment Co., Ltd (Sino-US joint venture) established in September 1993 is the largest-scale integrated garment enterprise, as well as the elite enterprise in Ningxia light industry and textile field. The corporation is located in hi-tech development zone of Yinchuan, including two standard factories with the area of 12, 000 square meters and a office building 2, 800 square meters. There are 600 sewing and ironing machines imported from Germany, Japan, Italy and so forth. Moreover, the most advanced worldwide techniques produced by the US Gerber such as Computer Assistant Designing (CAD) system, Computer Assistant Manufacturing (CAM) system, Computer Automatic Cloth Spreading system are brought in. With the introduction of the most sophisticated automatic press system from the Italy Rotondi in October 2000, the enterprise carries through comprehensive technical renovation. Accordingly, dress designing, cutting, ironing techniques arrive at the advanced level in the national garment industry, therefore, products are prominently improved in quality. Farther more, according to the styles of name brand suits in Italy, both design and process are perfected by referring to the styles of Italian name brand suits in an attempt to emphasize several features such as three-dimensional aesthetic effects, shapes molding facilely, unchangeable shapes after wearing and washing.
