For more than 30 years we involved with the production of EVA foam products. Twelve years ago, we further invested about 11 million US Dollars in establishing a new factory - Cha Yau Sponge Enterprise CO. Ltd. With an unprecedented amount of investment in EVA foam production, we had the largest production lines and integrated the printing process with the production. Our factory is the only factory which integrates heat transfer printing process with EVA foam production. However, we still focus on the improvement of manufacturing process and up to date chemical formula. We purchased the high technique machines from Germany. And, most of Cha Yau's production techniques are advanced and patented. As a result, Cha Yau is superior to other manufacturers and has obtained ISO 9002 and ISO 9001:2000 certifications.
