The Wondertec system uniquely combines common bulding materials and construction methods with high technology resulting in pre-stressed tension concrete that has superior strength and low cost.
The Wondertec system is a superior, lower cost alternative to concrete block and precast concrete walls. Provides broad application in residential, commercial, industrial, government and transportation markets for habital and non-habital housing, privacy, security and noise abatement.

Wondertec 1000Ã¢ï¿½Â¢ and Wondertec 2000Ã¢ï¿½Â¢ formulized mixes are Certified Green, environmentally friendly.

Ã¢ï¿½Â¢ Dedicated Wondertec professionals provide the highest level of quality training and support to licensees.

According to D. A. Koss, vice president, Wondertec is ready to work with local contractors to teach them how to use the Wondertec system to build habitable buildings such as houses, apartments, schools, shelters and dorms or non-habitable structures like storage buildings or distribution centers. The system's methods allow structures to be built quickly and saves 30-50% on construction costs.

The system is not pre-fab and all materials can be secured locally to build structures on-site according to design specifications and to match any architectural style.
