Linhai City Haihua Rubber Products Co., Ltd. growing out of the branch of Linhai Haihua rubber factory , founded in 1980. The company covers an area of 15, 000 square meters with fixed assets of 10 million ***** company, with the number of various types of Professional and technical personnel over 20% of the total number of staff members, have passed the ISO9001, QS9000, ISO/TS16949 international certification.
Over the past few years, after an in-depth market research, in the light of China's rapid development of ship repairing and manufacturing industry, we decide to develop rubber air bag for ship up to or down to launching way.We have technical personnel with nearly 30 years of experience of rubber products production , have accumulated a wealth of experience and have a strong developing and manufacturing capability.
The air bag we have now developed has the following characteristics, such as pressure-resistant, wear-resistant, anti-aging, high levels of intercellular adhesion strength, air tightness, sea water-resistant, etc.
The quality of air bag for ship up to or down to launching way and marine pneumatic rubber fenders is up to CB/T3795 and CB/T3948 ***** products are widely used in helping the ship go down to launching way, floating support in rivers and the sea salvage, and they also apply to large-scale water conservancy projects, blocking debacle of anti-flood and anti-typhoon dam, landslide lake floating row delivery, setting up temporary pontoon bridge piers and water transport channel, etc, and they can not only be used as the hollow core module of a large-scale reinforced concrete structure, but also can be transformed into different sizes and lengths, applying to short-distance transport of the bridge, concrete piers, drilling equipment, appliances and other large objects. The combination of air bags can have a bearing capacity of tens of thousands of tons.
