The objective of Silver Star Funding, Corp. is to source and place individual trade paper transactions with institutional investors. In some cases the investment financing can be put towards sovereign / quasi-sovereign development projects. By working with informed asset managers who invest in new and profitable asset classes we have identified cash for such investments in trade paper transactions that is ready to be put to work. This investor pool includes large global financial institutions, banks and hedge funds. SSFCâ��s current primary focus is the origination of individual trade paper transactions that meet the investment parameters of institutional clients.
Contract Financing Program Verses Bond Financing
For Municipalities and Government
In a municipality/governmental situation the largest benefit in using the CONTRACT Financing Program is replacing typical bond financing. With CONTRACT, a contractor can build & own a facility for a government agency. The agency only has to agree to an irrevocable payment stream over the term of the debt to pay off the debt. The bond rating of the governmental entity is used to secure the debt. Typically the developer would take a fee on top of the P&I for profit.
We also finance export-import transactions and contracts.
