Sinochem guangzhou imp.&exp. corporation, established in 1976 with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, is a state-own enterprise, with independent legal-man status, handling direct import and export business.
Since the implementation of open-door policies, the company is developing and enlarging, with an annual turnover of above 60 million US dollars, and is cited for 3 years continuously as one of the largest 500 enterprises nationwide by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, and the State Council.
