الوصف

هذه الآلة هي نوع التدفق المستمر ومعدات التجفيف اولا ادلى بها المصنع. الالة تستخدم لتجفيف القطعه والاشرطه ومواد الجسيمات حالة جيدة التهويه. الجهاز المناسب للمواد ، مثل الغاء سقايه الخضار والأعشاب الطبية من الادوية التقليديه الصينية وغيرها التي هي نسبة الماء العالية وارتفاع درجات الحراره لا يسمح. الآلة يملك مزايا التجفيف ان السرعه سريع ، التبخير قوة عالية ونوعية المنتجات جيدة. في فصل الماء ترشيح دولة مواد اللصق الكعكه بعد الجسيمات صنع القرار ، او المحامين يمكن تجفيفه ايضا. مبدأ العمل : مواد موحدة توضع على شبكة حزام من المادة شاحن. في شبكة استخدام حزام عموما 12-60 شبكة شبكة أسلاك الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ وهي وضع ونقلها داخل مريع من جهاز ارسال. المجفف يتألف من عدة وحدات حرارة الهواء يعمم على حدة. بعض سبل الغاز ذمته مع ازالة الرطوبه خاصة بالخطر. النفايات الغازية التى تسيطر عليها من خلال تعديل الصمام. الهواء الساخن يمر عبر شبكة تغطي حزام المادة من اعلى الى اسفل او من اسفل الى اعلى وسيكتمل الحراره ووسائل النقل. هذه العملية ستؤدي الى تدخل المادة الجامع باستمرار. القمة وذات توزيع وحدات بحرية يمكن ان تكون مجهزه وفقا لطلب المستخدمين. الوحدة العدد يمكن ان يتم اختيارها وفقا للطلب. نطاق التطبيق : فصل الماء والغذاء النباتي والجسيمات الذواقه مقطع جوز الهند المجفف والحشو ، ومركب عضوي لون المطاط والألياف ، اكريل المنتج الطب والدواء ومواد المنتجات الخشبيه الصغيرة. المنتجات البلاستيكيه والشيخوخة وتجمد لالالكترونيه ومكونات الجهاز. المواصفات التقنيه الرئيسية : نوع DW ث - 1.28 - 1.2 - 1.6 DW 10 - 8 DW - 1.6 - 10 - 2 - DW DW 8 - 2 - 10 وحدة رقم 4 5 4 5 4 5 حزام م عرض 1.2 1.2 1.6 1.6 2 2 تجفيف قسم طول م 8 10 8 10 8 10 سمك المواد التي تغطيها 10-80 حرارة الغرفة ملم = 1

This machine is flowing and continuous type drying equipment firstly made by our factory. The machine is used for drying the piece, tape and particle state materials with good ventilation. The machine is suitable for the materials, such as de-watering vegetable, herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and others, for which the water content rate is high and the high temperature is not allowed. The machine owns the advantages, that its drying speed is fast, the evaporation strength is high and the product quality is good. The de-watering filtering cake state paste material, after the particle making or bar making, can be dried also.
Principle of Work :
The materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the material charger. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the direr by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.
This process will bring will fall into the material collector continuously. The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand. The unit number can be selected according to be demand.
Scope of Application:
De-watering vegetable, particle feed, gourmet powder, shredded coconut stuffing, organic color, compound rubber, acryl fibre, medicine product, medicine material, small wooden product. plastic product, aging and solidification for the electronic component and device.

Principle of Work:
For DWP type spray air mesh-belt drying machine, the hot air flows, through narrow seams or holes, downward or upward to the materials on the transmission belt. Because the spray air speed is up to more than 15m/s,the heat transmitting film is very thin, the heat transmitting co-deficiency is big and the drying speed is fast. When the machine is used for the air tight grains, the air flows will pass through the inside of the materials. The heat source can be steam, electric, thermal furnaces and combustion oil air and etc.
Scope of Application:
DWP type spray air mesh-belt drying machine is mainly used for drying the fibre plate, plaster plate, pulp film, coated cloth and etc. The machine is also suitable for drying the sheet state material and some special materials.
