الوطني لحقوق الملكيه الفكريه للمنتجات - المستقيم الطرد المركزي المطحنه مطحنة ونحن آخر من النوع الذي صممه خبراءنا الذين خبرة طويلة وصعبة البحث في طاحونه المعدات ، التى فتحت من جديد مرة الصناعية مطحنة الدقيق مع ارتفاع الكفاءه وانخفاض استهلاك الطاقة. <br> <br> المستقيم الطرد المركزي المطحنه يستخدم لطحن مختلف المنظمات غير الملتهبه وغير المتفجره في stuff التعدين ، والبناء ، والمواد الكيمياءيه ، الصناعات المعدنية ، الخ مستقيم الطرد المركزي المطحنه يمكن طحن عاليه ، medial وانخفاض صلابه المواد التي العث &#39;sقسوه هو ادناه 9،5 مثل كربيد السليكا ، الزركونيوم ، حجر الكوارتز ، جرانيت ، barite ، الرخام ، والحجر الجيري ، والصابون والحجارة ، وكبريتات الكالسيوم والحجر ، والخبث ، وموشوري الخزف والزجاج ، الخ. <br> <br> العمل على مبدأ الطرد المركزي المطحنه مباشرة : <br> محرك يحرك الدحروجات الاطار من خلال تعليق الحذافه و العمود ، وان الدحروجات سيتناوب حول الطوق مع الدحروجات تعليق الاطار. Straight Centrifugal Grinder is used to grind various non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in mining, building, chemical, metallurgical industry, etc. Straight Centrifugal Grinder can grind high, medial and low hardness material whose Moth's hardness is below 9.5,such as silica carbide, zirconium, quartz stone, granite, barite, marble, limestone, soap stone, calcium sulphate stone, slag, ceramic prismatic, glass, etc.

The working principle of straight centrifugal grinder :
The motor drives the rollers suspension frame through flywheel and shaft, and the rollers will rotate around the ring with the rollers suspension frame. Deduster will eliminate the dust, at the same tiem, it will also carry away the heat.

Dry production:
The stuff enters the input opening, after distributed by distribute cone, it falls down the ring like the waterfall. It will be grinded to powder by the rollers in turn, discharged from the discharge pipe.

Wet production
The process assembles the Dry Production; the difference lies in adding water and the dehydration after grinding. This process can be designed according the user's requirements.
