WHOLESALE PRICE LIST FOR OUR RUSSIAN REFINERY
These are the BEST prices in the World:

BENEFITS LIST:
These prices are very good because they are true wholesale, not done through a reseller.
No BG or SBLC is required that ties up your Buyer's money. Only an RDLC. All costs are handled by the RDLC.
No up-front deposits are required.
They respond very quickly with their FCO and DRAFT CONTRACT.
They only require an ICPO (with banking and Soft Probe Authorization) or a LOI/BCL to get started.
Pipeline fees are paid for in monthly increments ($185, 000 divided by 12 months) from the RDLC to the appropriate government agency at the time the fuel is paid for by the Buyer to AFTER THE SELLER ACTIVATES THE 2% PB (PERFORMANCE BOND).
Barcodes the paperwork with everyone involved (intermediaries, Buyer, and Mandates) so that if the Buyer attempts to circumvent, he is directed back to his original contact with the refinery.
The POP is given with the final contract for your Buyer to verify.


D2 - DIESEL OIL
Minimum 1, 000, 000 MT x 12 Months
US$390.00 Gross/US$ 370.00 (per MT) Net CIF

RUSSIAN CRUDE BLEND GOST 9965-76
Minimum 4, 000, 000 BBLS x 12 Months
Maximum 60, 000, 000 BBLS x 12 Months
US$64.00 Gross / US$59.00 Net, (per Barrel)

Seller to Provide:
1. Copy of license to export, issued by the department of the ministry of energy.
2. Copy of approval to export, issued by the department of the ministry of justice.
3.Copy of statement of availability of the product.
4.Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
5.Copy of Transnet contract to transport the product to the port
6.Copy of the port storage agreement
7.Copy of the charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge port.
