بروميلين معزوله من الجذوع والاوراق والجلد من الاناناس من استخدام التكنولوجيا البيولوجية الحديثة الاستخراج. وتتألف اساسا من الانزيم البروتيني ، وغيرها مضمون. ومن مواصفات نشاطها الى جانب غدو / ز اقصى نشاط والمواصفات يمكن ان تصل الى 2400gdu/g. بروميلين المائي يمكن ان البروتين والمنتجات الصحية ومواد التجميل والاغذيه والعلف وصناعة الجلود وغيرها. بروتين في الغذاء يمكن ان تحلل في الدقيقة الببتيد او جزيء من حمض اميني بروميلين هكذا بروميلين يمكن تندريزر الى اللحوم والبسكويت ومنقى للشفاء الغذاء. بروميلين الى وضع بعض الاعلاف المخلوطه زيادة كبيرة في توافر وعكس البروتينات ، مما ادى الى خفض تكاليف الاعلاف. غراء يمكن ان هيدروليزي الحيوانيه والبروتينات النباتية ، وكذلك المشيمه والفول وهكذا غراء يمكن ان تقدم الى منقى لالبسكويت تندريزر لحوم وكيلا لتنقية الجعه والنبيذ الخميره وما هو نطاق واسع في صناعة تخمير النبيذ جعل الصويا وصناعة المشروبات. غراء يمكن ان تستخدم على نطاق واسع فى اضافات الاعلاف لهذه الحيوانات مثل الثيران والخنازير والاغنام وفرخ البط ، الاوز والسمك والجمبري والانقليس والابقار لزيادة توافر وعكس البروتينات ، خفض تكاليف الاعلاف واستغلال مصادر البروتين.

Bromelain is isolated from the stems, leaves and the skin of pineapple by employing modern biological extraction technology. It is mainly composed of protease and many others contents. Its activity specification is indicated by GDU/g and the maximum activity specification can reach up to 2400GDU/g. Bromelain could hydrolysis the protein and health products, food, cosmetics, forage, leather industry and so on.
Protein in the food can be hydrolyzed into micro-molecule peptide or amino acid by bromelain, thus , bromelain can be made into tenderizer for meat, softener for biscuits and heal the food.
Putting the bromelain into some mixed forages can greatly increase the availability and inversion of protein, thus decreasing the cost for forages.


Papain can hydrolyze the animal and plant protein, as well as placenta and bean, thus, the papain can be made into softener for biscuits, tenderizer for meat and purifying agent for beer and wine ferment etc. It is widely used in wine brewing industry, soy making and beverage manufacturing industry.
Papain can be widely used as additives in the forages for such animals as pigs, oxen, sheep, chicks, ducks, geese, fish, shrimps, eels and cows to increase the availability and inversion of protein, decreasing the cost for forages and exploiting sources of protein.
