This package inlcudes 3 components for the price

1. IBC (International Business Company) registered in Belize (Central America) Set up of legal English language British Commonwealth business jurisdiction that requires no company returns to be sent to the Belize government nor any tax except a flat annual rate of $100 (USD) which we pay for you included in our annual agents fee.

This company is legally valid under the Belize IBC act for trading anywhere worldwide outside of Belize and is ideal for international Internet trading.

You do not need to be resident or located in Belize but you do need, under the Belize IBC act, to have a registered office and agent there which we provide for you at the price of ã399 per year and we also pay your flat tax to the Belize government included in this fee.

2. 12 months free international professional standard web hosting included in our package. Host your website in an international jusrisdiction in Asia. Ideal for international Internet trading outside of your expat home country.

3. A domain name for your website that indicates international trading. (****.ibc.hk )

The whole package set up fee is only ã999 (GBP) and this includes your first year's hosting and local office and agent management fee and courier fee for documents.

It is necessary to provide notarised copy of passports of all directors. Minimum number of directors required is only one.

There is no public registry of company directors or shareholders of a Belize IBC.
