InTouch Services Ltd is the industry leading service provider of product inspection, product testing and certification, supplier evaluation, and general quality control support in China.
- These generally high-value items receive 100% inspection (all pieces in the shipment are opened and examined)

- Special checks of jewelry include finish testing, clasp evaluation, compression testing, tensile testing, and setting strength checks

- Clocks and watches are checked for 24 hour time accuracy, and may also be checked for resolution and precision

- Samples collected on-site are sent for Clock, Watch and Jewelry Lab Testing

Our focus as a company is simple: function as your "eyes and ears" in China-based factories and support you with product inspection, factory audit, lab testing and our general expertise in controlling the quality of your overseas manufactured goods. We provide you high quality and detailed inspections of your products, while still in China, done by our experienced team of American, European, and local quality engineers. Within 24 hours of the inspection you will receive a detailed report including photos, and our customer service team is available by both phone and email to answer any questions you may have. We will confirm that the product you are expecting is the product that you will be receiving, and will help you negotiate with the factory when quality issues are found. Such inspections start at $295, and consistently save our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in products that do not meet quality specifications, and would otherwise have been shipped out.
