DIAMOND PURCHASE PROGRAM:

COST: $3500.00 per carat.

PROCESS:

1. LOI/Wish list of buyer
2. Manifest from the seller will be provided
3. Manifest will then be returned signed and a schedule viewing will be arranged.
4. Table Top meeting will occur, proper ID of all who attend will be required.
5. Price will be agreed upon, client will arrange payment, gems will be released. (Brinks NY, etc)

Clients that want to receive a priority position for the purchase of our diamonds, will receive priority and discounted pricing. (We prefer to conduct our first business relationship with each client with an Introductory Parcel which contains 5000 carats).

ONCE PURCHASE HAS BEEN CONDUCTED:

⢠Current Cost Without Deposit: $3500.00 per carat.
⢠10% Deposit Secured Cost: $3000.00 per carat. (discounted price)
⢠Both Purchase and deposit: Refundable/Insured

THE DEPOSIT WILL BE PROTECTED IN SEVERAL WAYS:

(1) Conditions must be met in order for Transfer agent to release purchase deposit.
* (See Transfer Agent Agreement.)*

(2) Contractual Liability Insurance will be provided by State Farm Insurance to protect the purchase deposit.

(3) Once funds go to Transfer Agent, funds will not be released until all criteria is met by transfer agent criteria. Client will receive all their funds back in the event they are not satisfied with the diamond purchase.

Deposits obtained for the purchase of our gems, entitles the client to membership priority. We have access to very large amounts of diamonds and they would be offered first right of refusal.

For those clients who may want additional collateral, we also have MTN's that can back their purchase along with the Insurance Policy. MTN'S are in the dollar amount of $400 Million. We have 100 of these instruments.
