PROCEDURES MUST BE ADAPTED TO THE ABOVE:
A. BUYER PRODUCES A LOI.
B THE SELLER PRODUCES A FCO WHICH WILL BE RETURNED SIGNED BY THE BUYER IN ACCEPTANCE
C. A CONTRACT WILL BE SIGNED
D. THE BUYER PRODUCES THE PRE-ADVISE NON-OPERATIVE L/C WITH A VALIDITY OF 10 BANK WORKING DAYS.
E. THE SELLER ACTIVATES AUTOMATICALLY THE PRE-ADVISE NON-OPERATIVE L/C BY HIS PBG (BANK GUARANTY AND HIS BANK'S POP.
F. SHIPMENTS WILL COMMENCE 30-45 DAYS SINCE AN ACTIVATED AND ACCEPTED L/C WILL EXIST IN SELLER'S BANK.
