Product characteristic

*Tyre'd store and baking is in one place.
*directly cool and indirectly cool is used together.
*Two-time-painting can adjust tyre's place in rolling material to guarantee material's properties.
*Frequency conversion adjusts.
*Collold grinding is using the most advance grinder to shorten cycle time.
*Oven system use oil, gas and coal.
*Special structure mix tank with five-layer have strong intensity and have scrape wall function to avoid ***** of five layers is fixed and the other is active.
*Use absorption method to treat smoke to meet GB4916-85 ***** low cost and good effect.
*The equipment is mostly automated that is suitable Chinese situation and is easily operated and maintained.
*Fix one or two this machine on different location according output.
