*5% Ferro Silicon

RFQ Details

I have 2 customers interested in 75% FeSi, however they have different specifications. Both require an ISO9001 certificate, and a Certificate of Analysis with each shipment.
I would prefer to deal with manufacturers of FeSi, not trading companies.

Customer 1 - Foundry
Specifications are:
Si: 75% min.
Al: 0.80% max.
C: 0.15% max.
P: 0.04% max.
S: 0.02% max.
Ti: 0.15% max
Fe: Balance
Size: 10 - 50mm (90% min.)

Packaging: 1250 kg Bulk Bags, on an export quality timber pallet
Quantity: Approx. 800 MT per year
Shipments: 22.5 MT max. per 20' container
Destination Port: Adelaide, Australia

Customer 2 - Steel Plant
Specifications are:
Si: 75% min.
Al: 1.50% max.
C: 0.15% max.
P: 0.04% max.
S: 0.02% max.
Ca: 0.25% max.
Fe: Balance
Size: 10 - 50mm

Packaging: Bulk in 20' container (loose inside container, no packaging)
Quantity: Approx. 800 MT per year
Shipments: 22.5 MT max. per 20' container
Destination Port: Sydney, Australia

Please offer a quotation CFR to the destination ports together with copy of ISO9001 and confirmation that the specifications can be met.
