absorbent cardboard

RFQ Details

Cardboard with the following characteristics:
• 2mm thick absorbent cardboard sheets
• Each sheet should IDEALLY be 39cm X 79cm.
• Initial quarterly requirements would be 260 to 300 sq.m. on a regular basis once production starts.
• However for trial purposes we would need 40 sheets.
• We would like to have just a single A4 sheet as sample to start with.
• We want them printed. The attached shows a POSSIBLE design. We need to know the cost if the picture is in one colour or two. I am guessing that the board will need to be printed on both sides, with the reverse matching the obverse exactly.
• The cardboard does not need to be pre-cut into the required shapes.

Machinery: for making a hole and threading a hanging string at one end, like the sample machine shown.
