Hi!

We were currently buying the MOSFET BLF278 from Germany for a price around 50 USD/piece in small sized orders (10 - 30 pieces). We are looking for a much more cheaper source - like from China, because we are planning a bigger project of manufacturing a greater number of transmitter-modules, where we need this MOSFET BLF278 up to 1000 piece/order.

We have heard that there are suppliers on the market which sell the transmitter for 15, - USD/piece, where we are looking for such a *****

So if you can offer us the BLF278 for that price, I would be very happy if you could contact me soon!

If you cannot sell the BLF278 at that price, I would be happy if you could offer me any alternative MOSFET maybe, which will fit into the price-scale of what I am looking for.
