RFQ Details

1. Make sure the labor allocations per room as below,
o Type A : 1 single steel beds per room.
o Type B : 2 single steel beds or 2 bunk beds per room
2. Furniture and white good allocations for rooms as below:
o Single or bunk steel beds and Single Door Steel Cabinet only will be permitted.
o Only a total of One Television can be allocated and installed in Lounge Rooms only compatible with the
13Amps socket.
o Only a total of One Mini-Refrigerator can be used in the bedrooms compatible with the 13 Amps socket.
(Same rules are applicable in shared floors). One in the communal area.
o Only a total of One Water cooler can be used in each room compatible with the 13 Amps socket. (Same
rules are applicable in shared floors). One in the communal area.
3. Any wooden furniture will not be permitted.
4. No electrical extensions are allowed.
5. Use of damaged/homemade or defective electrical equipment/extension is prohibited in the camp. It is the
responsibility of tenant to make sure that extension/sockets are not overloaded.
6. Note: Furniture installation to be conducted inside
the unit.
