Prestigious Clients: Supplies batteries to major automotive giants, including TESLA, BMW, Volkswagen, and Daimler. Financial Strength: The company boasts a market cap of approximately $130 billion, with Q1 2024 earnings reported at around $11 billion. These facts underscore the significance of this buyer in the industry. Consequently, there is a formal onboarding process required for any supplier wishing to do business with them. Products of Interest: Lithium Carbonates (Battery or Industrial Grade): Minimum Order: 500MT monthly. (Max: No Ceiling) Delivery Terms: CIF China (Payment upon final testing in China). Lithium Ores (Spodumene, Amblygonite, Lepidolite, etc.): Minimum Order: 10,000MT monthly. (Max: No Ceiling) Delivery Terms: CIF China (Payment upon final testing in China). Purity: 4% Li?O content and above (Potentially 3.5% and above depending on the location). Payment Terms: Alternative payment terms may be considered if the supplier has an established history. Commission: The supplier is expected to honor a commission for our party and facilitators involved in this transaction. Documents Required for Engagement (As per the Purchasing Department): Origin Details: Name and location of the ore mines. Corporate Documentation: Registration and KYC for all mines involved. Excavating Companies: Corporate registration and KYC for the excavating companies. Brokerage Documentation: Corporate registration and KYC for any brokerage involved in the transaction. Supply Chain Transparency: Confirmation that no other entities are involved in the supply chain beyond those listed. Mining Certifications: Mining certificates and licenses for the mines. Export Permits: Relevant export permits for the mines. Authority Letters: ASDC authority letters connecting the mines to the brokerages, if applicable. Lab Testing Reports: Recent SGS or equivalent lab testing of the product. Additional Documentation: Any other documents that may facilitate a smooth due diligence process. Important Note (As Required by the Purchasing Department): The Purchasing Department also requires a 16kg sample (approx. $200 worth of product + shipping) to be sent to their facility for testing. Please note that this sample must be provided without any upfront payment for the sample or shipping costs. The final contract will be on a CIF basis following successful testing in China, and all commercial terms will be directly negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.
