The Requirement as per the below;
Grade ; bitumen grade 80/100

Certificate: SGS Certificate is OKAY

Monthly Quantity: 100 MT per month, initial quantity - if they are satisfied with the quality, supply & competitive PRICE the quantity will go up to 1000 MT.

This Buyer now taking 1000 mt ( approx ) from another supplier.
Delivery to be started from sept- 2nd week

Destination: FOB CHENNAI, INDIA

Agreement: 3 Years

PRICE CAN VARY AS PER THE MARKET AT THAT TIME, WITH PRIOR INTIMATION
