RFQ Details

I got that request from a buyer mandate, representing a buyer from Indonesia. They would like to buy 10 Million barils of Bonny Light.

And, a few potential suppliers from Russia and Nigeria, I suppose. contacted me and offered me their services. I did reply to everyone one of them, telling them that I was still waiting for the LOI.

Then, yesterday, I received a mandate letter from the buyer's mandate. The letter specifies that the oil they are looking for will be bought in Nigeria alone and it would be CIF.

However, I have not received the LOI, yet. As soon as I have got it, I will contact you for guidance.
