RFQ Details

dear sir/madam:
We required D2
below is our acceptable procedure to buy D2:
PROCEDURE
6.1 Buyer sends ICPO with attached NCND and MFPA both filled and signed.
6.2 Upon receipt of NCND/MFPA (completed 100%) duly signed by the End Buyer, Seller issues FCO.
6.3 Seller provides the Draft Contract.
6.4 Both Parties lodge signed Contract to their Respective Banks.
6.5 Conditional MT 103 is sent by SWIFT to Seller's Bank.
6.6 Seller Bank issues Full Proof of Product to Buyer Bank.
6.7 Ownership / Title Deed Transfer and payment are exchanged Bank to Bank.
6.8 The transaction is consummated as contracted.
6.12 The Seller will provide the following documents as FULL POP:
- Copy of license to export, issued by the ministry of energy.
- Copy of approval to export, issued by the ministry of justice.
- Copy of Ownership Title of the product.
- Copy of the Storage Tank Receipt
