we are a wholesaler and importer of promotional products in german. Actually we are looking for license frame holder with our own printing design. The frames must fit to all standard car number plates as used in Germany. Our customer is a leading german political party. They are asking us, if the plastic material can be also colored in blue color. Their house color is Pantone 2995. What would be the minimum order quantity to enable such special colored frames?
