RFQ Details

We are interested in buying Phenolic Resin Blend of Resol Novalac 335MT having 130Mt Solvent and 26 Mt Catalyst Hexamethylenetetramine and we required 491 Mt quantity from local or International sources. Other Specifications are

Phenolic Rsin: Appearance: The produce shall be viscous liquid. Viscosity at 25%C - 5000/- 1000cps. S.P Gravity - 102 - 1.24. Shelf Lofe - Minimum 6 Months at Ambient Temp.

Solvent: Appearance: The product shall be light miscibility with resin. Viscosity at 25%C - 150/- 50cps. S.P Gravity - 1.17 - 1.2 NVM at 135 deg. centigrade, 3 hrs - 49% Min. Boiling Point - 120 Deg Cent. Min.

Catalyst Hexamethylenetetramine:Appearance - Shall be white to off white colored free flowing powder free from lumps, grits etc. Hexa Content - 95% min.Fineness - 90% Min, Material shall pass through 150 mesh sieve.

Gelling time of the composite at 140Deg.C by taking 5 gm of composite having weight of RESIN: SOLVENT: CATALYST= 45:18:4 should be within the range of 7 /- 3 minutes.
Delivery Period Within 12 months.
