RFQ Details

Our company manufactures packaging supplies for the shipping industry.

We are looking for a custom manufactured bag to our specifications.

Overview of the product we are requesting a quote on:

2 separte items which need to be manufactured separtely then assembled togeather. Photo of product is available upon request.

1st item is a clear poly bag, 14" x 18". Initially the bag is sealed on 3 sides.

2nd item is the "inflator". It measures 10" x 1.5" and is sealed on 2 sides (length), not the edges.

Assembly: Insert a piece of paper into the length of the inflator

Insert the inflator half way into the bag. Seal the bag closed from both the top and bottom sides with the inflator hanging halfway out of the bag. The paper insert in the inflator will prevent the inflator from sealing closed however both sides of the bag will need to be sealed to seal the front and back of the inflator while the paper insert is in. After sealed the paper insert is removed.
