We are the representatives of the end buyer of oil and gas, actively seeking a capable seller with significant potential in petroleum and petrochemical products.



The reason for which I have contacted you directly is because as you know the market is currently full of dishonest people that represent themselves as the seller’s direct mandate, therefore in order to be assured we decided to contact you directly. We are a genuine buyer and we want to optimize our deals in the best way possible.



We hereby confirm our interest in executing a long-term sales and purchase agreement with the end seller who is genuine and serious, who can supply the following commodity:

Please find the attached file procedure from our buyer, please have a review, if the procedure was suitable for your refinery please send me the SCO along with your mandate contract if you are the seller's mandate.



As soon as we receive the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) our end buyer will promptly issue the Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) in accordance with the agreed procedure.
